2) EFT – Customer enters their bank account number, routing number and chooses the account type (savings or checking). When the customer checks out, the account information is added to our admin email as well as the notes on the order. The customer email also has the last 4 digits of the account number for their own records. We can then submit this information through our normal means of accepting EFTs.
3) SnapScan – No cash. No card swipes.

You do not need an account. Customers do not need to log in.
We ship from Cape Town, South Africa.
We deliver to destinations within South Africa.
Parcels are shipped within 1 to 2 days of the order being placed.
We will email you to let you know what the estimated delivery date will be and send relevant tracking information.
There are 2 options:
1) The item/parcel is sent using our courier service – online parcel tracking is provided.
To most city centers, delivery time is usually next day or the day after, sometimes two days, depending on the location and courier service covered area. For outlying areas times may vary a little.
Once you are at the checkout stage of the the ordering process and you have entered the delivery address (destination), a delivery amount will be displayed i.e. automatically applied to the order.

Spending more than R750 qualifies you for free shipping!
Free Shipping is to the following major cities:
Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth & Pretoria
* Please note that free shipping delivery will make use of the SAPO parcel service or in some cases, our courier service.
2) SAPO Parcel Plus – Counter to Counter parcel service with SAPO Domestic Parcel Service to anywhere in South Africa.
The package will be delivered to your nearest Post Ofiice and you will receive the notification card from them as soon as they have received and registered it. You can then collect the package at the Post Office.
Parcels will be delivered promptly within two to five days, depending on the remoteness of the location.

Delivery is based on the size and/or weight of the purchase as well as the delivery destination. We currently offer delivery by Courier as well as through the South African Post Office’s Counter to Counter service. FREE delivery for orders over R750.00.

We are currently only shipping to locations within South Africa. During the checkout process, before actual payment, you will be able to see what the calculated delivery cost is for your location. You have the option to make use of either SAPO or Courier service. If for any reason there is difficulty obtaining a delivery estimate please contact us and we will be happy to assist with a delivery cost.
If you would like to make a purchase and are outside of South Africa, please contact us and we would be happy to try to make it happen.
Alternatively, please have a look at our Etsy Shop. (From our Easy shop, we ship to the US as well as to European Union countries and to the United Kingdom. Outside of South African deliveries, delivery is usually around 21 working days.

For orders that fail to arrive within 7 working days of sending (barring extraordinary delays due to postage strikes, extreme weather or political events), we will send a replacement. If it occurs more than once, to be fair, the costs will be split by both parties .
If you change your mind about the things you have bought, you can return them within 21 days of your purchase date. If they are still in the condition in which we sent them to you, we’ll give you a refund on your purchase, but shipping costs are non-refundable. NB: Please send us an email informing us of your decision to return an item before sending it back. Thank you.
If the item you received is damaged, or somehow unsatisfactory, please get in touch with a photo that displays/ illustrates the problem. Damaged goods supplied by us will be replaced.

The website checkout process is currently only for South African buyers.
If you would like to make a purchase but live outside of South Africa, please contact us and we will assist you with your transaction/purchase.
We ship to North America, the U.K and EU Countries.
We accept Paypal.
All parcels are shipped within 3 to 5 days of the order being placed.

The item/parcel is sent using registered, international mail and can be tracked once it arrives in your country.
To the USA and Europe delivery is usually around 21 working days.
Estimated Shipping charges:
Delivery charges to the United States are around $7.00 for an item and another $3.00 for each extra item.
Delivery charges to European Union countries & to the U.K are around $7.00 for an item and another $5.00 for each extra item.
Please also note that additional customs charges will be paid by the buyer.
All orders quoted are for parcels and a total of items not exceeding 4.4lbs.
Also, if you wish to have your order shipped and delivered using a courier service, we can arrange for this and will send you a quote.
