When will my order ship?

If the products are in stock, parcels are shipped within 1 to 2 days of the order being placed.

We will email you to let you know the estimated delivery date and send relevant tracking information.

To most city centers, delivery time is usually next day or the day after, sometimes two days, depending on the location and courier service covered area. For outlying areas, times may vary a little.

How do I track my order?

The item/parcel is sent using our courier service (The Courier Guy) – online parcel tracking is provided.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is set at a standard rate of R120.00. And free shipping for orders over R1500.

Do you ship internationally?

Our website's checkout process is exclusively available for customers located in South Africa.

Our shipping services extend to North America, the U.K, and EU countries.

What is your return policy?

  • MISSING GOODS
    For orders that fail to arrive within 7 working days of sending (barring extraordinary delays due to postage strikes, extreme weather, or political events), we will send a replacement. If it occurs more than once, to be fair, the costs will be split by both parties.

  • RETURNING GOODS
    If you change your mind about the things you have bought, you can return them within 21 days of your purchase date. If they are still in the condition in which we sent them to you, we’ll give you a refund on your purchase, but shipping costs are non-refundable. NB: Please send us an email informing us of your decision to return an item before sending it back. Thank you.

  • DAMAGED GOODS
    If the item you received is damaged, or somehow unsatisfactory, please get in touch with a photo that displays/illustrates the problem. Damaged goods supplied by us will be replaced.
